Summary: I enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very welcome. Warm and friendly hospitality and great communication. The onsite massage was a highlight and breakfast was very good. There were a number of families with young children staying during the school holiday long weekend. Overall, a lovely stay.

Summary: The accommodation is in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the room was spotless. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: Lisa was an excellent hostess. Everything one needs can be found in the bedrooms. Delightful grounds and a lovely walk from the beautiful village of Cockington.

Summary: The hosts, Lisa and Chris, where very friendly and very helpful, during our wonderful stay.The breakfast was delightful and fresh.Great location to all amenties of Cockington with a short walk to Torquay.Great, relaxing by the pool, a bonus to our stay.Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Summary: Lovely B&B in Torquay, particularly when it's warm and you can cool off in the pool. Sadly we didn't get to meet the resident cat, but did get a lovely brekkie before heading off.

Summary: Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Summary: The room was spotless, Lisa was welcoming and helpful. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided. The full english breakfast was perfect too.

Summary: The owners, Lisa and Christof were such amazing hosts, nothing was too hard to organise. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in a long time, each meal individually prepared. The rooms were beautifully presented and perfectly functional. It was pet friendly, however we did not have our dog with us. A short 8-10 min walk to the Torquay foreshore and restaurants, a great location and wonderful stay.
